2. Educational Disclaimer

joreveliq provides educational training only. The Site and any course materials, lessons, checklists, examples, and guidance are intended to support bicycle retail learning and coaching. They are not a substitute for manufacturer documentation, professional mechanical service manuals, safety inspections, or legally required compliance processes.

The content is brand-neutral and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bicycle brand, manufacturer, or component supplier. Any references to product categories, standards, or component types are for learning purposes and do not represent official specifications from any brand.

Retail standards, compatibility rules, and workshop procedures change over time. Before you recommend, install, or service any product, you should verify current information using official manufacturer documents and your store’s internal procedures.

3. Description of the Site and Changes

The Site provides information about an educational course covering bicycle sales, product knowledge, customer consultation, and cycling retail fundamentals. The Site may include registration forms, course descriptions, module summaries, and general training updates.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including content, features, and availability, without liability to you. We may also update the course structure as standards and retail practices evolve.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business learning purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written consent, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any content will always be complete, current, or suitable for your particular retail environment. Training outcomes vary based on store procedures, product mix, team experience, and seasonality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joreveliq Education LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total direct liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joreveliq Education LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, internet outages, cyberattacks, or failures of hosting and cloud infrastructure providers.

11. International Use

The Site is operated from Czechia. We make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or legally available in all locations. You are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to your access and use.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise, the courts with jurisdiction in the Czech Republic will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Site.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and allow at least 30 days for informal resolution. Provide a clear description of the issue and your preferred resolution so we can respond efficiently.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your country of residence under applicable consumer laws.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates risk for the Site, other users, or our operations. Termination may occur without notice where reasonably necessary to protect security or prevent harm.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.

14. General Terms

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Joreveliq Education LLC regarding the Site, and supersede prior understandings related to the Site.

Assignment. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

No Waiver. If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Modifications. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective 14 days after posting on this page, unless a change must take effect sooner for legal or security reasons. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.

Electronic Communications. By using the Site and submitting forms, you consent to receive communications electronically. Electronic agreements and notices satisfy legal requirements for written communications where permitted by applicable law.
